The sealing machine is to put the product into the container and then seal it, so as to avoid the loss of the product and ensure the quality of the product. The general sealing machine consists of a frame, a deceleration and speed regulation transmission mechanism, a sealing and printing mechanism, a conveying device and an electrical and electronic control system. When the power is turned on, each mechanism starts to work. After the electric heating element is energized, it heats up, so that the upper and lower heating blocks heat up sharply, and are adjusted to the required temperature through the temperature control system. The embossing wheel rotates. And adjusted by the speed control device to the required speed.
When the package containing the articles is placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag of the sealing machine is automatically sent between the two sealing belts in operation and brought into the heating area, and the heat of the heating block is transmitted to the bag through the sealing belt. In the sealing part, the film is heated and melted and softened, and then passes through the cooling zone to make the surface temperature of the film appropriately drop, and then is rolled by a knurling wheel (or printing wheel) to bond the upper and lower plastic films of the sealing part and press out a mesh pattern (or printed logo), and then the sealed packaging bag is sent out of the machine by the guiding rubber belt and the conveyor belt to complete the sealing operation.

(1) Sealing machines that do not use sealing materials, such as: hot-pressing sealing machines, etc., only seal the packaging container by heating and pressure;
(2) Sealing machines using sealing materials, such as hydraulic sealing machines, crimping sealing machines, etc., are combined with packaging containers to seal by hydraulic pressure and crimping of the sealing materials;
(3) Sealing machines using sealing auxiliary materials, such as sewing machines, stapling machines, tape sealing machines, adhesive sealing machines, etc., use sutures, metal nails, tapes, adhesives, etc. to seal packaging containers.
