    1. The sealing machine should be regularly maintained and cleaned. When cleaning, the machine should be turned off to clean the surface, bottom plate, lower die slide plate, groove, upper die inner pressure plate and positioning rod one by one. The whole machine must be kept clean and hygienic.

    2. The operation should be standardized: every time you run, you must press the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and set the thermostat to the predetermined temperature and other correct operation steps, so as to ensure the stability of the mechanical operation process and the normal operation of the machine. service life.

    3. Troubleshooting of poor sealing: The reason for the failure is that the pressure of the cold-pressing rubber wheel is not suitable, the heat-sealing speed is too fast, the heat-sealing temperature is not enough, and the quality of the heat-sealing film is problematic. In this case, the heat-sealing temperature can be appropriately increased , and then reduce the heat sealing speed and increase the pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel.
    4. Deal with the failure of the thermometer display: the main reason for the failure is that the thermometer is faulty and must be repaired; the mechanical reason is that the heat sealing pressure is uneven, as long as the pressure spring of the heat sealing knife is adjusted to make the pressure consistent; One reason is that the heat sealing quality of the composite material itself is not good, and the heat sealing coefficient changes, resulting in inconsistent temperatures.

    Failure cause analysis:
    The main reasons for the failure are as follows:   

    (1) The heat sealing temperature is not enough.  

    Under normal circumstances, when the composite bag with OPP as the lining material, when the total thickness of the bag is 80-90 μm, the heat sealing temperature should reach 170-180 ℃; the total thickness of the composite bag with PE as the lining material is 85-100 μm At this time, the temperature should be controlled at 180 ~ 200 ℃. As long as the overall thickness of the bag is increased, the heat sealing temperature must be increased accordingly.  

    (2) The heat sealing speed is too fast.  

    The inability to seal the mouth is also related to the speed of the sealing machine. If the speed is too fast, the sealing part will be transported by the traction roller to the cold pressing place for cooling treatment before it can be heated, which will naturally fail to meet the requirements of heat sealing quality.  

    (3) The pressure of the cold-pressed rubber wheel is not suitable.  

    There are two cold-pressed rubber wheels on the top and bottom, and the pressure between them should be moderate. When adjusting the pressure, you only need to clamp the spring.   

    (4) There is a problem with the quality of the heat-sealing film.  

    The failure to seal the seal is also related to the quality of the heat-sealing film. If the corona treatment of the composite lining is uneven, the effect is not good, and it happens to appear at the seal, and it will definitely not be able to seal. This situation is rare, but when it occurs, the product is bound to be scrapped. Therefore, in the color printing and packaging industry, the next process supervises the previous process. Once a quality problem is found, the cause must be analyzed and solved in time.  

    If there is moisture or dirt on the seal, it will also cause the seal to be weak. In short, to solve the first problem of poor sealing, generally, the heat sealing temperature can be appropriately increased, then the heat sealing speed can be reduced, and the pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel can be increased at the same time.

    The main reasons for the failure of the sealing are as follows:   
    (1) Insufficient heat sealing temperature   

    The problem can be solved simply by increasing the heat sealing temperature appropriately.  

    (2) The blade surface of the heat sealing knife is not flat enough   
    The heat sealing knife is divided into upper and lower parts, usually thermocouples are installed in them to sense the transfer of temperature. There are three screws on the heat sealing knife. The middle screw is used to support and reinforce the blade. The other two screws are equipped with pressure springs and gaskets, which are mainly used to adjust the pressure of the heat sealing knife. The upper and lower blades have two springs each. . The main reason for the unevenness of the blade surface of the heat sealing knife is that the middle screw is installed obliquely and not horizontally; or the pressure spring of the upper heat sealing knife is unevenly pressed.
